Upgrading the Hardware

Today i shall perform the simple task of replacing a computers memory ready for a new OS, i shall firstly check the workplace around the computer so i can remove any obstacles that may cause me harm, also remove any liquids that i need to, the next step i shall take is to apply an anti-static wristband, this ensures safety, i shall then remove all of the cables from the computer this is another step to ensure the safety of my work, the next step i shall take is to remove the computer case, so i can access the hardware components inside, i shall make sure i have access to all the tools that i may need, such as a screwdriver, i shall now remove all of the hardware components within the computer so i can access the memory. Now i shall remove the old memory and replace with the new, then it is a simple step of returning everything back to its place, returning the computer case, and finally plugging all cables back into the computer... This was the first step of replacing the OS.
